Mici became a Massage Envy franchise owner in 2008, earning Excellence in Sales awards for three consecutive years. In 2011, he opened his first JOINT Chiropractic clinic in Greenville, SC, which became one of the fastest-growing locations nationwide. As the Area Developer for South Carolina and NE Georgia, he expanded his region to 21 clinics and 350,000 annual patient visits. As of 2024, Mici owns 9 JOINT Chiropractic clinics in upstate South Carolina. Over his 16-year franchise career, he has built a member base of 10,000+ active members and earned multiple industry awards, including Franchisee of the Year (2020).
