Diaz Dixon is the Hammer and Nails A.R. for Nevada and Idaho and owns a shop in South Reno. He previously served as Vice President of the CommonSpirit Health Foundation, collaborating with clinical leaders to raise funds for health equity and diversity programs. Dixon has a strong track record in leadership and advocacy, having raised millions for organizations supporting at-risk populations. As CEO of Eddy House, he led efforts to provide housing and services for homeless youth. Before that, he was CEO of STEP2, where he built a multi-million-dollar campus to fight addiction and violence. Dixon is Faculty Instructor with the University of Nevada where he holds a bachelor’s in social psychology and a master’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, 2 kids, and 3 dogs; traveling to exotic beaches; staying active, and exploring investment opportunities in real estate.
